About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join the team at NEOPhilippine Tech Inc.' in our Bonifacio Global City office in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will provide crucial administrative support to our leadership team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing calendar management and scheduling support for senior leadership
  2. Maintain an organized filing system for physical and digital records
  3. Preparing and proofreading various business documents and presentations
  4. Act as the point of contact between internal teams and external suppliers.
  5. Assisting with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory and liaising with vendors
  6. Performing other general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
  1. At least 2-3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce high-quality work
  6. A friendly and professional demeanour when interacting with colleagues and stakeholders
