Inventory Assistant

Inventory Management- Monitor and track inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of stock. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records. Perform cycle counts and assists in end-of-month or quarterly inventory audits.

• Stock Organization & Documentation- Organize and label items in the warehouse or storage areas. Ensure that inventory records are updated and maintained in the inventory management system. Process incoming and outgoing stock, checking of quality and correctness.
• Shipping and receiving support- Assist in receiving new shipments and verifying product quantities and quality and note down expiration date accurately. Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Reporting and communication- Prepare and submit inventory reports as needed (daily, weekly, or monthly). Communicate inventory needs and issues to supervisors. Coordinate restocking of inventory when low.
• Quality control- Check products for defects or damages during inventory counts and during the receiving process. Work with the team to address any discrepancies or damaged items.
• Safety and Maintenance- Follow all safety guidelines for handling and storing inventory.
