About the Role
We’re looking for a Commercial Reporting Analyst (Advanced Excel and Dashboarding) who is highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and dashboard creation. In this role, you’ll work with raw and complex datasets, transforming them into interactive dashboards and reports that support business decisions across sales, finance, and operations.
- Important: This is a hands-on, Excel-heavy role. You’ll be expected to build dashboards from scratch—not just maintain existing reports.
- What You’ll Do
- Build interactive Excel dashboards using raw/unstructured data
- Develop and maintain KPI reports for business performance
- Clean, transform, and structure large datasets
- Analyze trends and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Operations

- Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills:
- PivotTables, Power Pivot
- XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH
- Nested IF formulas
- Dynamic arrays (FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE)
- Proven experience in creating dashboards in Excel from scratch
- Strong data handling skills (cleaning and structuring raw data)
- Background in Reporting, MIS, Analytics, or similar roles
- Strong English communication skills (stakeholder-facing)
- Power Query (data transformation)
- VBA / Macros (automation)
- Experience in BPO, Financial Reporting, or Commercial Analytics
- Exposure to Power BI or similar tools
