- Clearly explain recommended repairs and maintenance
- Prepare and manage service repair orders accurately
- Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and timelines
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process
- Upsell maintenance services when appropriate
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records using dealership/service software
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive customer service experience preferred
- Must be a Mechanical Engineering / BSIT-Automotive or related
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
