- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels across multiple locations to prevent out-of-stock situations and handle supply chain or delivery issues.
- Visual Merchandising: Design and execute attractive, brand-compliant product displays, planograms, and promotional setups on the sales floor.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to anticipate demand, determine seasonal needs, and inform reordering.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with buyers, distributors, and suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing, delivery terms, and quantities.
- Promotional Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional activities, markdowns, and advertising campaigns.
- At least Highschool or Senior Highschool graduate
- With previous retail or sales experience is highly preferred
- Pleasing personality
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a persuasive, engaging tone, and a customer-oriented mindset
- The ability to quickly learn and explain complex details to shoppers
