Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct toolbox meetings with 3rd party service providers before and after work.
Work closely with mechanical, operations, and instrumentation teams to ensure that all plant systems function cohesively.
Coordinate with permitting officers for proper work turnover.
Conduct or attend regular safety meetings.
Conduct the inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment to repair electrical issues and minimize power generation disruptions.
Monitor the occurrence of electrical equipment failures and report to the immediate supervisor to recommend solutions.
Prepare reports and root cause analysis of electrical incidents.
Send photo reports for every electrical activity.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering and power generation technologies.

Key Responsibility

Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, while ensuring safety and compliance in all activities.

Key Requirement

BS Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or any Electrical related Vocational Courses.
1-year experience in electrical maintenance of coal power plant industries
Strong knowledge in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols.
Ability to prepare technical documentation and incident reports.
Proactive in staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
