We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Specialist to support our Legal Team in handling corporate compliance, documentation, and coordination with government agencies. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate legal and administrative functions.
This is a support-focused role involving documentation, compliance processing, and fieldwork.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates (0–6 months experience)
- Basic knowledge of legal documentation and corporate compliance is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Willing and able to do fieldwork and visit government agencies
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Confident and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City for the first six (6) months; hybrid work arrangement available upon regularization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process compliance and reportorial requirements with government agencies
- Draft letters, correspondences, and assist in basic contract review
- Maintain and update corporate books, records, and legal documents
- Prepare board resolutions and meeting minutes
- Process permits, licenses, and registrations (e.g., BIR, SEC, PEZA, SSS, PhilHealth, DTI, LGUs)
- Personally visit government agencies and other institutions to submit and follow up documents
- Assist in administrative tasks and support the Legal Manager and team
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients as needed
