IT Technical Support Staff

We are looking for an IT Technical Staff responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to laptops, desktops, and other ICT equipment (hardware and software). The role also provides technical assistance to employees to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and ICT equipment
• Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and applications
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users
• Maintain and repair computer hardware, peripherals, and network devices
• Set up workstations, printers, and other IT equipment
• Monitor system performance and ensure IT equipment functionality
• Assist in network and connectivity troubleshooting
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation of repairs and support requests
• Support IT-related projects and system improvements
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT technical support or similar role
• Knowledge in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• With license and/or relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple technical issues
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work under pressure and on-site support as needed
