Technical Support and Software Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities- Support maintenance and enhancement activities for enterprise banking systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues
- Perform software development, maintenance programming, and bug-fixing activities
- Assist in SQL queries and database-related activities
- Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Provide technical and operational support for live systems
