Position – Purchasing Staff
Duties and Responsibilities:- Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for product procurement
- Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining adequate inventory for stores
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Track and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of items
- Assist in price comparisons and sourcing of new suppliers when needed
- Coordinate with warehouse and other departments regarding incoming deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier information
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the Purchasing Supervisor or Manager
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or related course is an advantage)
- With strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage
