Are you a passionate leader with a talent for sales, people management, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Anytime Fitness JY Square Mall is looking for a dynamic Club Manager to lead our team, drive membership growth, and create an outstanding fitness environment for our members.
What You'll Do- Lead the day-to-day operations of the club to ensure exceptional member experiences.
- Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve club performance.
- Build strong relationships with members and maintain high retention rates.
- Execute local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and corporate partnerships.
- Ensure the club is clean, safe, fully operational, and compliant with company standards.
- Manage schedules, inventory, club expenses, and administrative reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in fitness, hospitality, retail, or sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about health and fitness.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
