RESTAURANT MANAGER – House of Lechon (Michelin-Recognized Restaurant)

We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and service-oriented Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, premium dining
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with experience in sales growth, cost control, and restaurant operations.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Passionate about hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence.
• Positive attitude, energetic personality, and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
