IT Support Intern

Are you a tech-savvy student or recent graduate eager to jumpstart your career in Information Technology? We are looking for a motivated and proactive IT Support Intern to join our team!
In this hands-on role, you will work alongside experienced IT professionals to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support our daily IT operations.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist in resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and network issues for internal staff.
- System Setup & Maintenance: Work on setting up, configuring, and deploying workstations, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
- User Support: Act as the first point of contact for basic IT support tickets via helpdesk, email, or in-person.
- Software Installation: Help install, update, and license essential software applications and operating systems.
- Account & Access Management: Assist with basic user account creation, password resets, and access rights management.
- Documentation & Asset Tracking: Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets and document common technical procedures/troubleshooting steps.
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows/Mac operating systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi), and hardware components.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and basic troubleshooting tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a eager-to-learn attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
