About the role
As an IT Support Specialist at ERL Technology Solutions Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clients' technology infrastructure. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to users across our diverse client base.This is a full-time, office-based position located in Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Respond to and resolve a variety of technical support requests from clients, including hardware and software issues, network problems, and user account management
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex IT problems, escalating to more senior team members as needed
- Provide end-user training and guidance on the use of software and hardware
- Maintain detailed records of all support activities and incidents
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of service
- 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a good understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Familiarity with common operating systems, productivity software, and remote support tools
- Proactive and customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
