PROJECT ENGINEER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management- Manage assigned solar projects from deployment through completion and turnover.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, project stakeholders, and internal departments to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project risks and implement safety and quality control measures.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities for Solar PV systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical and technical issues encountered during installation and project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
- Review and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and single-line diagrams (SLDs).
- Supervise and support solar installation teams on-site.
- Conduct technical and safety training sessions for installers and field personnel.
- Evaluate team performance and identify training gaps to improve workforce competency.
- Collaborate with experienced installers and technical personnel to continuously enhance project delivery.
- Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
- Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE)
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Internship or project experience in solar energy, construction, or electrical works is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and engineering principles
- Ability to read electrical plans, drawings, and SLDs
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel to project sites nationwide
- Comfortable working on-site outside Metro Manila.
