About the role

This role is vital to our expansion strategy and will provide you with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth and success.

1. Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities within the corporate and commercial sectors in Metro Manila
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and follow-up
3. Present and demonstrate the value of ZC Kings' janitorial and manpower services to prospective clients
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and requirements
5. Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve sales targets whilst ensuring client satisfaction
6. Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
7. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities using CRM systems
8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
9. Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to expand market reach and generate leads
10. Provide market feedback and insights to management to support strategic planning and service development

1. Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the services, facilities management, or staffing industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
3. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
4. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
5. Self-motivated and results-oriented approach with a competitive drive
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with sales management tools is advantageous
7. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
8. Willingness to travel within Metro Manila to meet with clients and attend meetings
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
10. Previous experience in B2B sales is highly advantageous
11. Knowledge of the janitorial services or facilities management industry is beneficial but not essential
