Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment. This role requires expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and proven strategies to generate and attract qualified applicants.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated, and capable of managing the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of candidates.
  • Utilize ATS to track applicants, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Proactively source and generate applicants through job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use tools like Asana (preferred but not required) to organize tasks and recruitment projects.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management.
  • Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to hiring.
  • Ability to generate qualified candidates through creative sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Knowledge of Asana is a plus but not required.

First 30 Days – Learning & Integration

Focus: Onboarding, familiarization with tools, processes, and company culture
  • Gain a strong understanding of TGS BPO’s recruitment process, ATS, and reporting requirements.
  • Learn client needs, job profiles, and hiring standards by shadowing or collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Successfully post and manage job ads across multiple platforms.
  • Begin sourcing and pre-screening candidates under guidance.
  • Achieve the initial client target: deliver qualified candidates to fulfill the request of 15 or more hires.
  • Build working knowledge of Asana (or equivalent) for task tracking and progress reporting.

Next 60 Days – Execution & Consistency

Focus: Taking ownership of roles and building candidate pipelines
  • Independently manage end-to-end recruitment for at least 2–3 active requisitions.
  • Demonstrate consistent use of ATS for accurate tracking, notes, and candidate management.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with candidates, providing timely updates and professional handling.
  • Collaborate directly with hiring managers on job requirements, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation.
  • Deliver at least 3–5 successful candidate endorsements to hiring managers/clients.
  • Show ability to balance multiple roles and meet deadlines in a remote work setup.

By 90 Days – Impact & Optimization

Focus: Driving measurable hiring results and process improvement
  • Own the full recruitment cycle for multiple requisitions simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Consistently meet or exceed agreed weekly/monthly sourcing and placement targets.
  • Successfully place at least 2–3 hires (depending on client demand and requisition volume).
  • Proactively suggest improvements in sourcing strategies, ATS usage, or candidate experience.
  • Build strong recruiter–hiring manager partnerships by providing market insights and hiring updates.
  • Demonstrate autonomy in remote work through structured workflow, effective communication, and measurable output.
