IT Support & Desktop Engineer

End‑User & Endpoint Support

Provides Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and endpoint devices; resolves hardware, software, OS, and application issues; manages installations, upgrades, and maintenance; supports Microsoft 365 and common user tools; performs basic to intermediate network troubleshooting; and handles incidents via ticketing systems.

Supports Windows/macOS environments, OS updates, and endpoint management tools; collaborates with Network, Security, ITAM, and ITSM teams; and participates in change management, rollouts, migrations, and modernization initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• With at least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise desktop and laptop environments.
• Strong background in escalation handling, SME responsibilities, and ITIL‑based service management.
• Advanced skills in Windows 11 and/or macOS administration, endpoint management, OS deployment, hardware troubleshooting, and firmware management.
• With working knowledge of networking and remote support tools.
• Possesses strong analytical, communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
• Preferred certifications include Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, Network+, and ITIL Foundation.
• Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
• Full Onsite
