Amazon Content Manager VA

This is an execution-driven role suited to someone who thrives within established workflows while actively looking for opportunities to improve listing performance and content quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build new Amazon product listings in Seller Central from the ground up, including full setup and configuration
• Create and manage product variations including parent and child product relationships
• Upload and organize high-quality product images with correct formatting and naming conventions
• Write and format engaging titles, bullet points, and product descriptions designed to drive discoverability and conversion
• Upload and manage backend keywords and search terms to strengthen product visibility
• Ensure all listings are correctly connected to the Brand Storefront and meet Amazon's category-specific requirements
• Maintain uniformity and consistency across all product variations and product lines
• Optimize existing listings based on performance data to improve ranking and conversion outcomes
• Update and refresh keywords informed by performance metrics and competitor analysis
• Refine titles, bullet points, and descriptions while maintaining brand voice and content guidelines
• Identify and address missing or inaccurate product attributes that could negatively affect ranking or conversion
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing movements, and market positioning strategies
• Track changes in competitor content, images, and titles to identify opportunities for improvement
• Flag pricing discrepancies, content inconsistencies, or compliance issues promptly
• Monitor the Account Health dashboard and handle support cases as required
• Communicate progress clearly and consistently with the team via Microsoft Teams
• Follow all established standard operating procedures and structured workflows without exception
• Proactively surface and report issues that may affect listing performance or overall account health

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven, hands-on experience working within Amazon Seller Central
• Expert-level knowledge of Amazon listing requirements, platform constraints, and optimization best practices
• Strong English writing skills with a sharp eye for grammar, clarity, and persuasive content
• Highly detail-oriented with a genuine commitment to accuracy and listing consistency
• Organized and process-focused with the ability to manage multiple listings and projects simultaneously
• Comfortable following structured instructions and established SOPs with precision
• Self-directed, deadline-conscious, and effective at managing time across multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and professional email communication
• Solid understanding of Amazon's style guide, category requirements, and content optimization principles
• Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of producing quality work consistently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills:

• Basic graphic design skills including image editing and formatting to Amazon's visual standards
• Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for copywriting assistance, keyword generation, and content refinement
• Experience monitoring Account Health metrics and managing Seller Central support cases
• Ability to identify content and performance improvement opportunities through data analysis
• Background in keyword research and competitor listing analysis
• Experience resolving listing suppressions or navigating compliance-related issues
• Understanding of inventory management principles and product catalog organization
• Exposure to workflow automation or process improvement techniques
