Merchandiser/Store Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primarily responsible for providing support in the store in the areas of cleanliness, maintenance, security, safety, and inventory management to ensure an exceptionally positive experience for customers.

In charge of store appearance, cleanliness, maintenance, security and store supplies.
Responsible for ensuring that delivered stocks are promptly checked and displayed, and that the store shelves always appear full and neat.
Assists in customer service by directing customers to appropriate product location and/or customer advisors. Also assists in bagging and in helping customers carry their shopping bags to their vehicles.
Participates in inventory counts, helps ensure accuracy of inventory reports and keeps shrinkage (expired and damaged) to a minimum through constant monitoring.

Qualifications:

High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or SHS Graduate
With relevant work experience in a warehouse or retail store setting.
With warehousing, stock or inventory control, and basic maintenance skills

Requirements

Government Mandated IDs (SSS, Philhealth, TIN, Pag-IBIG)
NBI Clearance and Brgy Clearance
Medical (Basic Five + Fit to Work Certificate + Drug Test)
