Job Description
Posted on 20 May 2026 Responsible for handling all merchandising concerns of his assigned area including
implementation of marketing and promotional activities and assists the Merchandising
Supervisor and Head in maintaining and executing effective and efficient merchandising
policies.
Supervises a competent team of Merchandiser to ensure smooth implementation of
promotional activities and programs
Ensures completeness of manpower and design merchandiser's geographical deployment.
Monitors of merchandisers attendance based on their duty schedule.
Conduct trade audit in outlets covered by merchandisers to confirm duty to check correctnessof merchandising application.
Qualifications/Requirements- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate,
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience as Merchandising Coordinator/ Area Coordinator
- With good communication skills
- With knowledge in Microsoft Office especially in Powerpoint and Excel
- With knowledge in inventory
- Applicants must be willing to go on field in different areas of NCR
- Can start immediately
