Job Description

• Evaluates application of employee SSS Sickness benefits, Philhealth applications and Cash Advancements;
• Assists in employee inquiries (personal and phone) about mandatory benefits;
• Checks the health status of workers and staff who reported to the project clinic for medical consultation;
• Provides first aid to patients and if necessary refers medical cases to nearby medical facilities / hospital accredited /contracted by the Company;
• Implements health education program for the project workers and staff through lectures, information kit and posters;
• Ensures availability of medicines and medical supplies at the project and maintain an inventory report;
• Recognizes, detects identifies hazards and safety problems;
• Evaluation of accidental risks;
• Determination of corrective actions and improvement programs;
• Tracking and evaluation of risk control measures;
• Assumes duties / functions as member of the Project’s Health Safety and Environment Committee;
• Keeps abreast with events and developments in the project profession to have a properly directed self-development;
• Monitor the cleanliness and sanitary condition of the project canteen;
• Maintains timely and useful communication with project management and supervision and with Main Office Safety Department;
• Coordinates mandatory benefit applications to HRD for processing

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience: With at least 1 year significant working experience, with good interpersonal skills, can work

with minimum supervision, works well with deadlines and pressure, very good oral and written

communication skills

Trainings Required (but not as a condition for hiring): 1.) Job Orientation 2.) ISO/QMS Orientation 3.)

Required Safety Trainings 4.) BOSH for Nurses 5.) QWS
