About the role
As the Company Nurse at New Flavor House, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our employees. Based in our Potrero Malabon City Metro Manila office, this full-time position will have you providing on-site medical care and support to our team.Your primary focus will be promoting a safe and healthy work environment, administering first aid, and coordinating with healthcare providers as needed.
What you'll be doing- Providing first aid and basic medical treatment to employees
- Monitoring employee health and wellness, and recommending preventive measures
- Maintaining detailed medical records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Liaising with healthcare providers and coordinating medical appointments for employees
- Organising health and wellness initiatives, such as vaccination clinics and health screenings
- Educating employees on healthy lifestyle habits and workplace safety
- Assisting with the management of workplace-related injuries and illnesses
- Registered nurse with a valid license to practice in the Philippines
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a company or occupational nurse
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- A caring, patient-centric approach to healthcare
