TikTok Live Operation Supervisor / Senior Operation

1. Job Responsibilities
2. Live Operation Management: Formulate and implement live operation strategies to increase live room traffic, interaction rate and conversion rate.
3. Brand Communication and Docking: Responsible for docking with brand management and operation managers to ensure that live broadcast goals are achieved.
4. Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor live broadcast data (GMV, traffic, conversion rate, etc.), formulate optimization plans, and continuously improve live broadcast effects.
5. Anchor and Team Management: Cultivate anchors and operation teams, optimize live broadcast processes, and enhance overall combat effectiveness.
6. Marketing Activity Planning: Formulate TikTok live marketing strategies, combine TikTok trends to plan activities, and promote user growth and sales growth.
7. Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, brand and platform teams to ensure resource integration and maximum utilization.
8. Job Requirements
9. Rich live operation experience: More than 3 years of experience in TikTok or other live platform operations, familiar with live broadcast ecology and gameplay.
10. Brand Docking Ability: Experience in direct communication with brand management or operation managers, and those with business negotiation skills are preferred.
11. Data analysis and strategic thinking: Familiar with live broadcast data analysis methods, able to optimize operational strategies based on data.
12. Team management experience: Experience in managing live broadcast teams or operational teams, able to lead teams to improve performance.
13. Industry experience preferred: Experience as a TikTok/Shopee Account Manager, or those who have worked in the same position in other live broadcast organizations are preferred.
14. Language requirements: Fluent in English, able to communicate

smoothly with the Philippine team.
