Facility Operations
Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring efficient systems and processes
Implement procedures to optimize workflows and enhance the overall member experience
Maintain operational excellence and consistency across all activities and areas of the facility
Team Leadership
Lead a small team, providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback

Sales & Revenue Growth
Drive revenue growth by actively promoting the facility, attracting new members, and enhancing retention
Work with marketing to develop effective campaigns that increase occupancy rates and meet revenue targets
