Digital Marketing Coordinator – Real Estate

Work Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (On-site)

What is your mission?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage property websites, online listings, branding initiatives, and marketing performance for real estate portfolios. This role focuses on website management, ILS advertising optimization, creative and branding coordination, vendor management, and marketing performance tracking to support lease‑ups, acquisitions, and ongoing property marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and lead generation effectiveness.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage and maintain property websites, ensuring accuracy of pricing, availability, content, and branding
• Support website setup for new developments, lease‑ups, and acquisitions
• Conduct routine website audits to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Review and optimize Internet Listing Service (ILS) advertisements such as Apartments.com, Zillow, and similar platforms
• Ensure consistency across all advertising channels, including pricing, concessions, and availability
• Monitor listing performance and recommend adjustments to improve lead generation
• Assist in developing property branding for lease‑ups and acquisitions
• Coordinate rebranding efforts, including signage, collateral, and digital assets
• Design and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and property collateral
• Support sign package development and coordinate with vendors
• Track and report on website traffic, lead sources, and conversion performance
• Assist in developing and maintaining property‑level marketing plans
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
• Coordinate with marketing vendors, including designers, printers, signage providers, and advertising partners
• Assist in managing vendor contracts, invoicing, and communications
• Support community outreach initiatives and local partnership programs
• Maintain organized marketing files, templates, and documentation
• Support onboarding of new properties into marketing platforms and systems
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and company guidelines

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred
• At least 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing, ideally within real estate or multifamily
• Hands‑on experience managing property websites, ILS platforms, and digital listings
• Familiarity with CRM or property management systems such as Yardi or RealPage is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar
• Strong experience coordinating with vendors and external partners
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data
• Highly organized, adaptable, and process‑driven
