SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR

About the role

We are seeking a driven and organised Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Felport International Marketing. In this full-time role based in Quezon City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our sales and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of key initiatives.

• Assist the sales and marketing teams in the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns and sales activities
• Manage the development and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content
• Organise and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote the company's products and services
• Conduct market research to gather and analyse data on customer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and preparing sales reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of marketing and sales strategies
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support requests

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing coordinator role, preferably in the Sales industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Passion for marketing, sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
