Facilities and Building Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains timely corrective and preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems (e.g. air conditioning. heating and ventilation, electrical, fire protection, detection and alarms, security, emergency, etc.) to keep these systems up to applicable standards.
• Oversees and coordinates the Facilities and Building Maintenance Staff for all maintenance and repair activities according to job orders received; monitors personnel/job assignments, job requests, work orders completion and ensures that all pending requests for repair and maintenance were properly addressed and completed.
• Conducts troubleshooting and necessary re-engineering of problematic systems or facilities.
• Conducts daily inspections of all machinery and equipment operating data; conducts quality checking before and during repair and maintenance jobs and operations.
• Handles establishment and updating of facility equipment inventory.

• A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 3-5 years experience in related field of expertise
• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent supervisory skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software
