Sales Manager - Real Estate (In-house)

Reports to: Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Summary:

The role is for a high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for maximizing our sales team's potential, crafting sales plans, developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to the team.

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and monitor sales performance of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Perform market analysis and stay informed about emerging market trends and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of driving property sales and achieving targets. Also open to applicants with at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, marketing automation tools, and real estate listing platforms.
• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Holder of DHSUD License/Accreditation (REB / RES)
• Holder of PRC License/Accreditation (REB / RES)
