What You’ll Do:

• Analyze and optimize logistics processes to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices across all logistics functions.

• Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all logistics operations.
• Ensure consistent adherence to established processes and documentation standards across the organization.

• Monitor, interpret, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

• Foster collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic support to ensure the efficient and effective execution of logistics operations.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics performance data to drive informed decision-making.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.

• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding shipment inquiries and issue resolution.
• Provide timely and accurate updates on delivery status to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.

• Oversee logistics systems to ensure alignment with business objectives, operational standards, and process improvement initiatives.
• Partner with IT and operations teams to implement technology-driven enhancements that support scalability and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to coordinate between HO teams and 3PL partners.
• Familiarity with warehouse systems, order tracking tools, and inventory processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of accountability to ensure timeliness and accuracy of outbound shipments.
• Must be open to warehouse-based work in Bulacan, with adaptability to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Should be living in Bulacan or nearby areas.
