Job Description:
- Provide a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and use various channels for communication (Phone, E-Mail, Viber, etc).
- Endeavour to resolve customer complaints and escalate to Customer Support Supervisor when appropriate.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Participate in Team meetings to communicate and provide feedback on customer service processes.
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate in any Business Administration or Customs Administration, or equivalent.
- Computer Literate
- Residing in Pasay City, Parañaque City, Las Piñas City, Makati City, or any nearby areas.
