Director, Brand Marketing

The Director, Marketing Services will lead Solaire Resort's internal advertising agency, guiding the creative and media departments to produce strategIc and compelling integrated marketing campaigns that amplify the unique offerings of the resort.

This includes the hotel, F&B, retail, theatre, and notably, our distinguished casino department.

  • Leadership: Guide and develop the Marketing Services creative and media teams, fostering a high performance and innovative work environment
  • Strategic Development: Understand each internal client's specific needs, translating them into comprehensive creative campaigns/promotions and delivered through the right media
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as Brand Marketing, Public Relations, Digital Marketing to gather insights and ensure alignment with work requirements
  • Campaign Execution: Oversee the creation, execution, and assessment of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are timely, effective, and on-brand
  • Budget Management: Allocate and oversee the department's budget, ensuring maximum ROI. Person needs to have the experience in allocating media budget to campaigns/promotions to drive overall business growth
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and best practices, adapting strategies to maintain Solaire Resort's leading market position
  • Performance Metrics: Implement and review key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, making necessary adjustments.
  • Training: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in advertising agency, or related communications firm and cross functional collaboration, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in leading integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms (TV, print, digital, OOH, social, etc.).
  • Strong experience in media planning and budget allocation to ensure campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and gaming/hospitality markets is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.
