We are currently looking for an experienced Team Lead/Supervisor – Operations to join our team. If you have strong leadership skills and experience in a contact center environment, we encourage you to apply.
Position: Team Lead / Supervisor – OperationsSalary Offer: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 Basic Pay + ₱6,000 MTA
(No Night Differential)
Work Setup: Pure Onsite | Night/Shifting Schedule
Location: Vertis North, Quezon City

Qualifications:
- Preferably a college graduate
- At least 3 years of experience in a Team Lead or Supervisor role within a Contact Center or Operations environment
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite at Vertis North, Quezon City
- Available to start immediately
