We are a fast-growing global outsourced accounting and staffing firm providing financial and business solutions worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives and support the company’s continuous growth.
Position Overview
This is primarily a remote Marketing Manager role focused on supporting international markets, including the US, Singapore, Australia, and other global regions. The role is heavily focused on digital and remote marketing initiatives, with minimal local or onsite marketing activities.
This role will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives across the company’s brands covering: outsourced accounting, staffing & recruitment, and business registration services. This requires a strategic and hands-on marketing professional with strong experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, and brand management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, client engagement, and business growth
- Manage digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, website content, blogs, email campaigns, and newsletters
- Create and oversee content calendars, campaigns, promotional materials, and branded assets
- Coordinate SEO, Google Ads, website optimization, and digital marketing initiatives with external vendors
- Track and report marketing KPIs, campaign performance, website inquiries, and lead generation results
- Support referral programs, lead nurturing, events, sponsorships, and brand activations
- Manage marketing projects, timelines, budgets, approvals, and vendor coordination
- Provide updated sales and recruitment collateral, presentations, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives
- Supervise and mentor marketing associates while ensuring brand consistency across all campaigns and communications
- 5 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
- Experience in B2B, professional services, financial services, outsourcing, or similar industries preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong background in digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and website management
- Strong eye for design and branding aligned with US and international market standards
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required (must be able to create/proofread content for US, AU, and SG markets)
- Proven leadership and management capability and ability to serve as a role model to the team
- Strong proficiency in business and marketing communication aligned with global standards
- Experience handling US and other international marketing campaigns
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical, project management, and vendor coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Preferably can start ASAP
- Preferably residing near or within Metro Manila
- Experience marketing accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or outsourcing services
- Exposure to international or multi-market campaigns
- Knowledge of video production/editing and marketing analytics tools
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications are an advantage
