EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide high-level executive support and contribute to the strategic operations of the organization.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the President. The role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and organizational capability to manage the schedule, communications, and key business initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization of commitments.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage reports, presentations, and business correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating clear and efficient communication.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and minute-taking, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications, providing appropriate responses and solutions as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support strategic business decisions.
  • Manage special projects and ensure their timely execution and completion.
  • Provide administrative support in drafting business documents and managing files and records.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any Business related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior-level support role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other business productivity tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate the needs of the President.
  • Adaptability and composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
