Operations Manager - Quezon City
The Operations Manager is responsible for the effective management of the club's day-to-day operations, ensuring that departments delivered to the highest standards of service excellence. The role balances operational efficiency, member satisfaction, and people management while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, labor regulations, and safety standards.
The Operations Manager leads cross-functional teams, drives business growth through service innovation and revenue optimization, and fosters a culture of hospitality, accountability, and teamwork. This position plays a key role in aligning operational execution with the club's strategic objectives, ensuring that members and guests enjoy a consistently exceptional experience.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in hospitality, club management, or similar service industry.
- Experience with membership-based organisations or private clubs preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Food safety and hygiene certification required
- Proven track record managing multi-departmental teams (F&B, dining, sales, marketing)
- Experience with membership-based organizations or private clubs preferred
Work Eligibility:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines
- Clean background check and police clearance required
Essential Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial reporting
- Familiarity with club management software and membership databases
Industry Knowledge Required:
- Understanding of club membership models and member retention strategies
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control and inventory management
- Familiarity with Philippine labour laws and hospitality industry regulations
