Production & operations manager (bussiness services)

Job Description

• Manage, plan, lead activities of the assigned business unit(s) in compliance to Sustainability, Quality and Legal requirements.
• Ensure full focus on achieving all assigned KPIs "end-to-end" (from Supplier to Consumer) linked to Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale, following a preventive/predictive approach.
• Collaborate with Production Manager to the strategy development and deployment (linked to Open+/IOS) for business unit.
• Develop and lead an integrated and high performing team following principles of OPEN+/IOS to step up the team capabilities.

• College /University: Bachelor/ Master in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or equivalent education
• 5 -8 years experience in production area within FMCG, pharmaceutical or similar industry of which at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English, Local language knowledge is an asset.
• Experience in Integrated Work System (IWS), DMS and related tools is an advantage
