About the Role

Gonzalodo Enterprises is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of company facilities, machinery, and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and lead the maintenance team in implementing preventive and correctiv e maintenance programs.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed )
Proven experience in maintenance operations and team supervision
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance systems
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledgeable in workplace safety and maintenance compliance standards

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise maintenance personnel
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
Ensure proper functioning of machinery, equipment, and facilities
Monitor maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment performance
Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance requirements
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Prepare maintenance reports and recommend operational improvements
