City Time Square is looking for a dedicated and competent leader to join our team!
ABOUT US
City Time Square is a commercial complex located along Mantawi Avenue, North Reclamation Area, Mandaue City, Cebu. It houses a diverse mix of restaurants, salons and spas, hotels, offices, entertainment bars, and arcade establishments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, and security.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
- Supervise leasing, maintenance, and administrative staff.
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure timely collection of rent dues.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers. for repairs and improvements.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management or real estate operations.
- Strong leadership organizational, and communication skills.
- A competent leader.
