WFM Real Time Analyst (Urgent Hiring)
About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled WFM Real Time Analyst to join our dynamic team at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc. This full-time position will be based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our workforce.
What you'll be doing- Monitor and analyze real-time workforce data to identify trends and optimise staffing levels
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and customer service
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on workforce performance metrics
- Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the workforce management process
- Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management policies and procedures
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a workforce management or real-time analytics role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with workforce management tools and technologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using Excel and other relevant software
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Data Analytics, or Information Technology
