About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (Python & SQL) to join our dynamic and innovative team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, user-focused features while working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities- Analyze technical and functional requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Develop, test, and implement enhancements, upgrades, and business-driven requests
- Provide support and maintenance for applications and platforms
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders on user stories and acceptance criteria
- Contribute insights on user experience, performance improvements, and potential risks
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- At least 3+ years of experience in Python and SQL development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, global, and cross-cultural teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning
- Python and SQL development
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Linux and/or Docker experience
- Experience in batch processing, data transformation, and reporting
- Frontend development experience (React or Angular)
- Experience with AWS or cloud platforms
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and test automation
- Strong focus on quality assurance and automated testing
