Software Developer (Full Stack Developer)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance existing mono repo applications using .NET / C# Core
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and/or Oracle
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless application connectivity
• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications

• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with Business Analysts and stakeholders
• Analyze requirements and propose effective technical solutions
• Collaborate with the team to convert requirements into user stories and sprint tasks

• Develop and execute unit tests for both front-end and back-end services
• Work closely with QA teams for test case creation and execution
• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices

• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub)
• Contribute to automated deployment and monitoring solutions
• Ensure continuous integration, testing, and deployment following DevOps principles

• Prepare application builds for testing and production environments
• Provide Level 3 support for issue resolution and defect fixes
• Collaborate with QA and Application Support during release cycles

• Maintain technical documentation (architecture, code, deployment guides)
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong expertise in:
• .NET / C# Core
• PostgreSQL and/or Oracle
• Experience in RESTful API design and development
• Proficient in automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of application security best practices
• Experience building reusable components or internal frameworks
