Job Description

• That the Employee shall develop and implement marketing activities and strategies and plans programs that will promote the positive image of the school;
• Plan and administer the school’s marketing operations budget;
• Coordinate and plan meetings with employee and agency for clients relations including client satisfaction, client development activities and client skills training;
• That with the above stated responsibility, the Marketing Director hereby has the power and right to exercise management prerogative in accordance with Philippine Law;
• That in the performance of services of the Employee, he shall be entitled to travel allowances- transportation and per diems-in accordance with the existing rate adopted by the employer;
• The Employee hereby undertakes to perform the services with highest standards of professional and ethical competence and integrity;
• That since the success of the school as an educational institution is very much dependent upon the integrity and competence of the Employee, the mere loss of trust and confidence by the employee on the integrity of the independent Contractor shall be a cause for immediate termination of this contract.

• Must a College Graduate
• Native-level fluency in Korean, both written and spoken.
• Deep understanding of the Korean market, including cultural nuances, consumer behavior, and business etiquette.
• Proven experience in marketing and business development within Korea.
• Willingness and ability to travel to Korea on short notice for business trips.
• Highly tech-savvy with strong proficiency in digital tools and platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with Korean clients and partners.
• Can work under pressure.
