Position Overview
We are a high-end fashion brand known for our commitment to craftsmanship, storytelling, and contemporary design. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is critical to the execution of our digital growth strategy and will work closely with our Creative Director to ensure all marketing campaigns are aligned with brand vision, product launches, and performance goals.
The ideal candidate is both analytically strong and creatively attuned, with deep hands-on experience in Shopify, social media ads (Meta), Google Ads, and e-commerce campaign management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and luxury shopping experience across all product and content updates.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and content teams to align paid media assets and messaging with brand identity and creative direction.
- Maintain a comprehensive digital marketing calendar, coordinating campaign timelines, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights to inform optimization and strategic decision-making.
- Assist with the development and execution of landing page content, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
- Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in luxury e-commerce and digital fashion marketing.
- Support coordination of email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo experience is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing, ideally within fashion, luxury, or DTC brands.
- Proven experience with Shopify and digital ad platforms including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, ROAS, customer acquisition strategies, and funnel optimization.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Aesthetic sensibility and understanding of high-end brand voice and visual presentation.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar CRM/email platforms is a plus.
- A fully remote role with a structured Monday–Friday schedule (9 AM – 6 PM).
