Inspect, perform work and preventive maintenance in all aspects and general maintenance of facilities, structures and equipment
- Responsible for preserving the asset and providing a quality customer experience which includes property appearance
- Technical analysis and/or resolutions of Engineering problems
- Monitor preventive maintenance of the entire property
- Efficiently carry out assigned aspects of the property in adherence to typical facilities maintenance procedures
- Direct and perform the day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with Guest Rooms and Public Areas Maintenance Team
- Manage service requests in multiple areas in a timely manner
- Ensure that Health and Safety standards are being followed and implemented
- Ability to train and enhance employee's skills
- Worked in a specific facilities maintenance trade for at least 6 years
- Attended a trade school / vocational school / technical school / upper education
- Must be able to see the big picture while having an exceptionally detail-oriented focus
- Action-oriented individual, with excellent analytical and organizational skills, can multi-task and work independently, and has strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible team player
- Strong proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint required. Microsoft Access knowledge is a plus.
