About the role
As an Inventory Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's inventory and logistics operations. This contract position is located in Binan City, Laguna and offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our leading manufacturing, transport and logistics organisation.
What you'll be doing- Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory across our warehousing and distribution network
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure optimal stock levels
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of our logistics operations
- Prepare and analyse inventory and logistics reports to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory management with production and sales strategies
- Experience in inventory management, logistics coordination or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of inventory management and logistics software
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices in warehousing and distribution
- Willing to work onsite at Laguna Technopark
