Logistic Operation Officer

The role supports End‑to‑end logistics—from inventory management and warehousing to transportation coordination, ERP data accuracy, and customer service. Working closely with the Import Regulatory Officer, Business Data Processor, Sales Team, Marketing Team, and other internal departments to maintain seamless product flow and reliable operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for imported and delivered goods
• Prepare and issue invoices based on validated purchase orders and shipping documents
• Monitor stock levels, manage storage areas, and oversee packing and crating
• Maintain updated inventory databases and complete documentation of stock movements
• Coordinate with the Collection Coordinator for invoice reconciliation
• Ensure warehouse organization, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Ensure inventory accuracy across all storage locations
• Analyze logistics and inventory data and prepare regular reports
• Support procurement planning through accurate stock status and consumption trends
• Encode and validate sales, inventory, and procurement data in the ERP system

Experience with any ERP system is a plus to support data management and operational accuracy.

• Plan and manage freight movements, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking
• Maintain complete shipment and logistics documentation for monitoring and audit
• Ensure proper documentation accompanies all shipments

• Coordinate purchase contracts, consignment agreements, and related documents
• Support sales and marketing activities through timely product availability
• Collaborate with Business Data Processor, Accounting, and other teams to align logistics data with financial and operational records

Conversational level English proficiency is required for effective customer service communication.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of logistics experience is a plus for this position.

Bachelor's degree is required as the minimum education level.
