ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description:
- Maintaining customer balances, which may include but not limited to calling on outstanding balances, sending invoice copies, applying credits, posting checks and credit card payments, helping customer service resolve order disputes, etc.
- Will assist covering phone times, order hold releases and working with team emails.
- Cover scheduled credit hold times.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, or equivalent
- 2 years related experience
- Experience working with supporting customer needs.
- Experience with Microsoft and working in shared outlook emails.
- Ability to positively work in a team environment.
