Job description:
- Under the immediate supervision of the Administrative Head
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain conduct lists for Admin. Department and Executive Office
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Provide general support to visitors
- Take dictation and minutes of meetings
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for
- Maintaining equipment inventories at the Executive Area.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
- Cover the reception desk and purchasing section when required and in the absence of the Front
- Office Assistant and Purchasing Assistant.
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems
- Help maintain office facilities i.e. cleanliness and orderliness specifically the executive area.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Monitor, Obtain, and forward official announcements, information and reports to Managers and Staff during emergency situation such as typhoon, fire, earthquake, etc.
- Does other duties as may be assigned by the Chairman / President / Administrative Head
Qualifications:
- With bachelor’s degree Relevant field such as Human Resources, Business administration and others
- OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE
- Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- Onsite everyday, Office: Intramuros Manila
