Job description:

  • Under the immediate supervision of the Administrative Head
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain conduct lists for Admin. Department and Executive Office
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Take dictation and minutes of meetings
  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for
  • Maintaining equipment inventories at the Executive Area.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
  • Cover the reception desk and purchasing section when required and in the absence of the Front
  • Office Assistant and Purchasing Assistant.
  • Maintain computer and manual filing systems
  • Help maintain office facilities i.e. cleanliness and orderliness specifically the executive area.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Monitor, Obtain, and forward official announcements, information and reports to Managers and Staff during emergency situation such as typhoon, fire, earthquake, etc.
  • Does other duties as may be assigned by the Chairman / President / Administrative Head

Qualifications:

  • With bachelor’s degree Relevant field such as Human Resources, Business administration and others
  • OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE
  • Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Onsite everyday, Office: Intramuros Manila
