POSITION : MANDARIN ADMIN ASSISTANT
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
  • Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using Microsoft Office or other relevant tools.
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically.
  • Liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or internal teams as necessary.
  • Assist in HR, or operations-related administrative tasks when required.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and orders.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files and documents.
  • Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin communication.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
